US-2100

The US 2100 expands the possibilites of banding with 100mm bands and an alternative to sleeving. Equipped with a digital control unit and servomotors the US-2100 corresponds to the state of the art. The products are bound with the wide bands, torsionally strong and yet protecting the edges of the product. At the same time, the product has greater stability.
Additionally a large and effective advertising surface is gained by multicolor imprinting of the band.

US-2000 Transit

In many cases it is necessary to band products fully automatically. The US 2000 Transit automatic banding machine is based on the latest standard regarding the interfaces as hard and software and bands a great variety of products in continuous processing. The product is delivered via a conveyor belt to the banding system. With the use of modular configuration, the product can subsequently be gathered, stacked or counted. Subsequently a slider or a conveyor belt positions the product for banding. The banding process is fully automated.
